Bar tenders looking for the highest quality liqueurs to flavour their cocktails have found the right place! Because we use only a moderate amount of sugar the sharpness gives mixologists more flexibility in creating new flavours.
Below we have listed some of our successfull concoctions. Where reciples have been served we have credited the establishment. If you have a recipe you would like to share - please do let us know!
All our liqueurs taste delicious on their own or mixed with sparkling water, lemonade or white wine.
Sloe Gin & Orange
This Angela Hartnett cocktail appeared in The Telegraph on 14th March 2007.
Put a couple of handfuls of ice in the bottom of a large jug. Pour the sloe gin, vermouth, blood orange juice and the juice from one of the limes over them. Mix well. Put a few ice cubes in a cocktail glass and pour in the cocktail.
Hedgerow Sling
50ml Organic Sloe Gin 25ml Fresh lemon juice 12.5ml Bramley & Gage Blackberry Liqueur Soda Shake the Sloe Gin & lemon juice with ice and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass, top with soda and float the blackberry liqueur. Don't forget the Blackberry Liqueur is made with WILD British blackberries. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a lemon slice
Plum Daiquiri

Ingredients: 1 ripe red plum, stone removed, flesh cut into quarters, plus 1 slice, to garnish 1 tbsp Dittisham Plum liqueur 1 tbsp fresh lime 2 tsp sugar syrup 50ml/2fl oz anejo golden rum
Method: 1. Place the plum quarters into a cocktail shaker and mash lightly to release the juices. 2. Add the plum liqueur, fresh lime, sugar syrup and anejo rum. 3. Add some crushed ice, cover with a lid and shake well. Strain into a tumbler and garnish with the reserved plum slice.

Cornish Champagne Cocktail
From Nigellas Christmas 2008 by Nigella Lawson.
Ingredients: (Makes 6) 6 x 15ml tablespoons Quince Liqueur 6 La perruche pure cane rough cut sugar Lumps 75cl Bottle Camel Valley sparkling wine
Place 1 sugar lump into each champagne glass (saucer style is best). Pour the Quince Liqueur over each lump to soak it. Top with the sparkling wine.

Ingredients 1 ripe yellow plum, stone removed, flesh cut into quarters 1 tbsp Sloe gin 1 tbsp Plum Liqueur 1 tbsp crème de cacao 25ml/1fl oz Cognac 25ml/1fl oz sweet vermouth orange twist, to garnish (optional)
Method 1. Place the plums into a cocktail shaker and mash well. 2. Add the sloe gin, crème de cacao, Cognac and sweet vermouth. 3. Add some crushed ice and shake well. 4. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with the orange twist, if using.

The Bramble
50ml Gin 25ml Fresh Lime juice 12.5ml Sugar syrup 12.5ml Bramley and Gage Blackberry Liqueur Shake the Gin, Lime juice and Sugar syrup with ice. Strain into a Rocks glass filled with crushed ice and then lace with the Blackberry Liqueur. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a Blackberry
Kir
Wine is often ruined and made far too sweet - all our liqueurs have moderate sugar.
10ml Bramley and Gage Blackcurrant Liqueur Chilled Dry White Wine Pour the Blackcurrant Liqueur into a wine glass and pour the chilled white wine over it.
